OD LEARNING SERIES The
Organization Development (OD) Series is a learning program for Managers
(senior and middle), Team Leaders and HR Practitioners (both in the academe
and private sectors) is a skills development course aimed at equipping
the participants the basic OD skills in diagnosis, design, implementation
and evaluation of appropriate interventions. The program is based on “People-Focused” and “Process-Driven” change management framework. The program puts premium on PEOPLE-FOCUSED OD INTERVENTIONS because human resources are vital as recipients and agents of change. The program emphasizes PROCESS-DRIVEN OD INTERVENTIONS because it ensures the learning of the organization as it accomplishes its intended results.
